Hotel is modern and great location near to the attractions. The room and toilet were more spacious than expected. Loved that there was a washer-dryer machine in the room, and the hotel provided the detergent. There was also a common laundry room for those who needed it. Bed was comfortable, and I liked that there was a seating area. Didn't realise before, but it was great to have a bigger trashbin in the toilet. Interesting to use the RFID room key to access the lift, and the level automatically lights up accordingly when you tap the keycard on the reader.

The location is super central; we were able to do everything on foot. The hotel is excellent, clean, organised, has a great breakfast, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, great acoustics and temperature, and friendly staff. We spent 20 days in Japan, and this was the best hotel we stayed in, considering the cost-benefit ratio. I'm very grateful for the welcome and the icing on the cake: a little scent to put on your clothes and a washing machine in the room with soap included. We loved it!

The location is great, within easy walking distance of the Oyama Shrine and Castle grounds, and also the old streets of the Samurai district. The hotel is modern and clean, and the rooms are comfortable and well equipped. I appreciated the free coffee available in reception. We'd left our luggage as we were a bit early to check in, and when we returned it had already been taken up to our room which was nice.

The location was perfect and there is a 24hr carpark behind the hotel. We could see our rented vehicle from the hotel which made us feel safe. The staff were super friendly as well and spoke very good English. We were in the residential room and it was huge for the two of us. Way bigger than any room in Osaka or Tokyo that we had booked. The in room washing machine and kitchen area made everything so easy. The airconditioning was dual heater and cooler and was clean. We had had a lot of issues with dust in rooms and the heaters not being cleaned and blowing dust around. This was exceptional! I did not have to take any antihistamines. There is an amazing burger restaurant (the God Burger) about 200m down the road and amazing Udon. All in all, cannot fault and it was a beautiful place and region to stay

The staff were wonderful, went out of their way to help. They were however unable to assist with cancelling a restaurant booking which needed to be done in Japanese, hotel policy apparently. They were embarrassed about this, it is a bit ridiculous! Washing machine in room is great, and they lend out hair straighteners, iron and board etc. Room was good size for Japan and comfortable.

The location is perfect. It's easily assessible via most buses from Kanazawa Station. The bus stop is just a few steps away from hotel entrance. You can also catch the loop buses to Kanazawa's major attractions from the same stop. Our room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. We also loved the in room washing machine and microwave. This is definitely one of the best hotel for our trip to Japan. They also provided luggage forwarding service to our next hotel, enabling us to travel without the hassle of dragging our big luggages.

We asked for and received a room high up in the building, away from the busy street side. The hotel is well-located - not too far from the Koruku-en Garden which we visited three times.

It has everything we need. The washing machine inside the room was really convenient. The breakfast buffet was amazing since we like Japanese breakfast anyway. The room size is perfect. The bathroom size is spacious, too. We also love the shampoo, conditioner, and bath gel. You basically do not need to bring much since the hotel provides your needs.

Our room was very comfortable, a good size and super clean. It was fantastic having a washer/dryer in our room. The location was amazing and within walking distance to many tourist attractions. Kanazawa Train Station was a 30-minute steady walk away from the hotel which was so convenient. Kanazawa was one of our favourite places that we visited during our three week vacation in Japan and we will cherish all the happy memories especially as the accommodation was the "icing on the cake". Bought breakfast elsewhere (7-Eleven and Family Mart).

Good location, with bus stops nearby especially the city loop line. Clean room and offered good breakfast. Also there is a free coffee offered round the clock.
